Flower GirlCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all images and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a rose metallic mat and then a blue card. I used some silver peel offs,a paper flower and blue bow to finish off.

I did not add a sentiment as I just wanted this as a note card....very pretty..
