Art Deco Ladies Toppers/bookmarks GoldCompleted by Anne Sutherland

I printed the image onto premium photographic paper and cut it out. I used a cream A5 base card onto which I glued a gold textured card panel in the centre.

I used double sided sticky pads to stick the image onto the panel and then I used peel-off glitter scrolls down the right side and Happy Birthday on the left with a scroll top and bottom.
