Art Deco Ladies Toppers/bookmarks AquaCompleted by Joyce Watson

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out the image I wanted to use. Printed a backing paper from cup258747_437 directly on to white card, scored and folded to make a DL card.
Added the panel with foam pads, and used gold glitter to highlight necklace, earrings and belt buckle. Used aqua jewel peel off dots to decorate and finished with a happy birthday sentiment added with glue gel.
