i cut out the base image and the layers of decoupage and made up the layers with 3d foam pads.

I took a square 5'3/4 white card blank and attached my decoupaged image with double sided tape.

I finished off by adding some liquid pearls in white opal to each of the pearl border and left overnight to dry
