The decoupage was mounted onto pale blue glitter card which was then mounted onto a dark blue card to give a good contrast.

I cut both sentiments tags out and scalloped them and on the tag where the sentiment is I used a dark blue chalk brushed over to give a good contrast against the pale blue.

Glitter was added to finish.
