Vintage Friendship Card Front Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles

A very pretty vintage design! I printed this at half size so as to make a smaller card.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding part of the title and pink ribbon.
