After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements - I cut around the design - taking off the top and bottom strip of border to use inside the card.
I then mounted a couple of strips of taupe cardstock onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's ivory card base down the two sides and mounted the base topper with my chosen sentiment tag.
