Twilight Surf Watercolour Decoupage Sheet

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the butterfly, the white foam of the waves and to the centre of the flowers to enhance this lovely design.
