Purple and Green Vintage Fashion TopperCompleted by Chris Smart

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the layers. I used 1mm pads to give the decoupage layers more depth. I mounted it onto a white square card. I finished it off with a chain effect gold peel off to outline the design.

I added a gold gem sticker to each corner. This pretty card could be used for many different occasions.
