Gorgeous Vintage Style Topper with InsertCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I reduced the size to fit an 8.5x11 sheet of matte photo paper. I covered a white 6" square card with coordinating paper and bordered it with white Dazzles, then attached the base image.

I used the insert on the inside left of the card.

Added the decoupage and sentiment with silicone gel and finished with three pearls. Another delicious "Julie" design :-).
