Gorgeous Vintage Style Topper with InsertCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied the design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I used 6"x6" green card stock to which I matted a background paper from my kit. Onto that I matted a beige glitter sheet and then the card base. I built up the decoupage using d.s.pads and silicone gel glue.I added to die cut corners and added a teal paper rose to each. I used a strip of the glitter card to mount the greeting plague. I used Stickle's Pearl Drops and Glossy Accent, to finish off I added a green small ,fine feather on her hat.

I used the insert inside the card.

A fantastic 40's/50's look for a card that is very elegant, with beautiful colour tones, sure to delight the receiver, that can be used for various occasions.
