Gorgeous Polka Dots and the Music Dress TopperCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I reduced the size to fit a 6" square card, leaving a narrow border, then printed on matte photo paper, printing two copies of the card topper.

I attached one topper to a cream card with dst, then cut the lower corner roses, the music note strip and bow as one piece from the second copy as well as the dress, stand and lacy oval.

I layered these two pieces with silicone gel, then the sentiment and other included decoupage pieces. I shaped the dress and flowers before attaching, particularly the skirt. I added some pearls in the background and a Liquid Pearl necklace, some black peel-off borders and black "jewels".

Takes me back to when I used to dip my crinolines in sugar water and iron them by the hour (a long time ago :-)
