I printed the design onto quality photo paper and cut out the images. For this card I used cup264759_593 for a backing and trimmed it to fit the white base card.
I layered the image onto a peach coloured paper and mounted it on an angle with foam pads over the background.
To complete it I stitched a shoe and hat charm in opposing corners and added a sparkly brad in one of the others.
These images could be used for many different cards with their lovely combination of vintage images and whimsical sentiments.
A card topper that proclaims to all what we women secretly feel: "I swim because I'm too sexy for a sport that requires clothes." This vintage sunbather displays quite the beachwear for all to admire and enjoy. What recipient could resist smiling at this tongue-in-cheek
cheeky girl?! Along with her three "friends" on this topper, she will fit any occasion, any person.
So far I've only used one of these four images.
I used a matching design backing paper, which i found on a Debbi Moore CD-Rom. Stuck it to the card blank, and folded it into the shape i wanted.
I then matt and layered the image with contrasting Purple and Gold card, painted a piece of Kraft card in Metallic Bronze. Once dried i cut out the swirl using a metal Die and added the matching colour flower from a design sheet i had, also from Debbi Moore.
