I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I cut away the front from an 8 x 8 card and added an embossed border then matted the front with gold shimmer paper and added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,to complete I added a die cut flourish and some of the flowers.As the title very elegant.
