Blue Art DecoCompleted by Gwyneth George

The sheet was printed out onto ordinary photocopy card and the pannels cut out. I took an A5 card made from Centura Pearl Snow White as the base.

I found some black card with silver flourishes (side of an Easter egg box I think) and matted this onto a pale blue card to tone with the image.

The blue mat was trimmed to just 1mm around the black card. These were stuck directly onto the base card. The largerst of the scaloped edged toppers was mounted onto a frosted silver card and this was trimmed to around 2mm border around the topper.

This was then stuck to the black layer using 3mm deep double sided foam tape. The card was finished by running some silver glitter glue thinly down the back of the dress skirt as well as putting some on the lady's head dress and the fan in her hand.
