I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large square white pearlescent card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles glitter glue to corner fan and butterflies, blue pearls to flower centres and silver cord and bow down spine.

I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to cream card, then on to a blue card. Layered all elements. Added a lace bow and ribbon rose, sequin blossoms and a greeting. Simply gorgeous.....
