Beautiful Blue 1950 Dress TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white C5 card, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and placing a blue bow, just below the rose, this is really a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
