1950's Style Polka Dot Pinks Card TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles to roses and matching polka dot bow.

A beautiful design in lovely colours.
