Rich Baroque Background & Card Front - Purple
This is a useful mix of card front and matching background. With a rich, corded fabric and gilded floral flourish overlay. The card front had a gilded frame around a plain aperture, a layered satin frame around the card and a luxurious satin wrap to finish it.
There are 6 rich colours in this series. They are suitable for most occasions and lend an air of luxury. Please click on my name to see the other colours in this series and my other wide & varied designs.

Used both card front and the background but resized the card front to A5 and the backing A4, loaded the card front into a graphics program and added the cattleya orchid by Jaguarwoman, the colours blended really well, then added my own text on the ribbon.
Printed onto A4 photo card (4xpics) used one for the base and matted this onto gold mirri card and then onto the background paper to create a border edge.
Cut the centres from 3 pictures and kept these for decoupaging the orchid, built up the 'frame' using dsft and added the decoupage, used punches to make the butterflies and fixed these with pinflair glue.
Loved the colours on this card.
