Naughty Puppy Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto black mirror card, then made a wide frame by matting it onto red silk mirri, then matted that onto black mirror card then gold mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some shimmer. I embellished with 3 metal flowers & added gems to the middles, i added ribbon to the base card & a die cut Ivy swirl.
