Blue Celtic Lace & Pearls Vintage Style Card ToppersCompleted by Darlene Handorff

I printed the pattern onto glossy photo paper and cut out the Celtic pattern. I used a dark blue card stock cut and folded into a square. I added the main image with DST and layered the decoupage with dimensional foam.

Then I went a little crazy with the glitter and I like the way it turned out. I added the corners that I cut with DST and the Just to Say & Thanks with dimensional foam. THen added more glitter for a celestial lace topper.
