Seashell Pinup Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver holo card, added 2 feathers & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer. I embelllished with a die cut swirl & 3 coloured seashell fragments.
