Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I stuck Topper to a Tangerine matte and then onto a cream backing paper.
Using DST I attached to a white 8x8 scalloped edge card. Used foam pads to build the design.
This is a wonderful design, and easy to make up.
