I printed this design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and mounted it to the right side of a burgundy square card.

From embossed black card I cut two strips, one wider than the other and decorated one side of each with a border punch.

I layered them onto the card as in the photo. Using a different border punch, I cut a strip from burgundy card and matted it over the top of the wider black one, then added faux diamond gems down it.

This is a gorgeous topper!
