I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I mounted it with foam pads over a striped card base and used adhesive silver glitter strips top and bottom, along with the sentiment panel.
To complete the card I added a faux gem arrangement in one corner. This is a delightful retro image that could be used for a number of occasions.
