I started with an 8x8 card blank which i covered in a CUP backing paper. I matted the image onto gold holo card and then onto blue mirror card, added a blue feather and used foam tape to add it to the card blank.
I decoupaged the layers using 3D glue gel and using the gold holo card for the panel and foam pads to mount it to the base image.
I used Icicle Stickles on the flower centres and Star Dust Stickles on the panel surround and then I used Frosted Lace Stickles on the Cameo.
I finished with 3 liquid pearls in the bottom corner.
I printed cut out and assembled this lovely desgin and layered onto blue card, then navy card and a blue card blank.
I added silver corners and wavy blue borders, silver flowers to the top and a rhinestone flower to the portrait.
