Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper.
I chose the middle sized one and mounted it onto a 5x7" card blank using DST, stuck a length of black organza ribbon round the spine edge using DST and stuck a black organza bow over the join using silicone gel, then added a Happy Birthday peeloff down the ribbon.
