Printed onto Matte Craft Photo Paper then cut out matting the base image onto a piece of purple mirri card and then onto a fancy cut frame I found in my stash.
I then attached them to a 7x7ins white card blank. The decoupage was embled using 1mm foam pads.
To complete the card I used a small blue bow and gems.

I print out my sheets onto 20g paper, easy to cut but sufficiently solid. Mounted by decoupage using 2 x 2 x 2mm foam pads and voilà , an effective little birthday card.
