Starflowers - Large Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Wenona Elie
OccasionFloral / Floral
I printed this lovely sheet onto 280 gsm card. I then decoupaged the pieces using 3mm square foam pads. I then covered an A5 size card using blue shimmering card. I then mounted the finished topper using 3mm foam pads then glittered to finish.
