Green Vintage Lady TopperCompleted by Kim Plasket-Sweeney

I matted the base onto a pale green textured metallic card then cut out and layered all the elements. I added green gems to the bow and two of the corners. I used Glossy Accents on the flower centers and some Crystal Stickles to the flowers and sentiment tag.

I used Glossy Accents to outline the topper and first layer.
