Friendship's Wish Topper with Tags and Envelope DecoupageCompleted by Belling Designs

Printed on A4 white card and I cut out pieces. I stuck topper base on white card with DS tape. I folded coin envelope and stuck sides together with DS tape. I then stuck the coin envelope on main card with DS tape.

I then slipped the tags in the coin envelope ready for use.
