I used printed paper to cover half a lemon tone card blank then used peel off corners. I matted main image onto gold mirri card & trimmed to leave a fine border & mounted onto the card blank.
I cut out & decoupaged the lady & added corner peel offs & gems then more gems to the border behind the lady.
To finish I added glitter to the fantastic fan.
