Chocolate Ladies ToppersCompleted by Diane Greenwood

I cut out the ribbon strips and crisscrossed them on a scalloped square card blank for a different effect. I then mounted the picture on top using foam pads to raise it up. As a finishing touch I added flower gems to the corners of the picture.
