I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out and added the base design to a taupe card,then mounted the decoupage within foam pads.To complete this stunning design I added a feather and gemstone to the hat.
I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock and added a flower on to the hat
