Hat & Shoes Birthday 8x8ins Decoupage Topper 4Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto Ice pink silk mirri, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I cut the centre panel from the 2nd sheet & used foam pads to mount it to the base image.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond & Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer. I embellished with 2 die cut swirls.
