I used a graffix programme to make this topper into a decoupage. Then I mat and layered onto white holographic card, same done with sentiment tag. I used my own backing paper and attached a ribbon down the side of card and flowers were added to colour co ordinate.

Glitter added here and there in the appropriate places.
