I printed this gorgeous design on 160gsm Navigator paper and cut out the main topper and decoupage. I used dst to attach topper to a white scalloped edged card blank and used silicone glue to layer all the decoupage.

I added glitter to the gold swirls and round the edges of the rose to finish. It is a stunning design and very easy to make up.
