Wishful Surprise Bmw Car Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the wings of the butterfly and to the centre of the small white flowers to complete this lovely card.
