This lovely topper features a fabulous steampunk style top hat with gorgeous deep red roses. It has decoupage, three greetings and a blank greetings tile.

Added my own text to the blank tag the printed out onto photo paper, cut out all the pieces the matted the main image onto a piece of red mirri card the a piece of black, trimmed both edges down to create borders then fixed to a white A5 card with dst, the decoupage was shaped and fixed with silicone glue to get the shapes then added the greeting tag.
Simple card to make but so effective.

I printed out onto 190gsm matt photo paper, cut out all elements, added main page to white card using DST, added decoupage using Foam Pads, finished off with gold peel off borders and clear gems
