Scalloped FashionCompleted by Cindy Thompson

I printed this image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the scalopped edge image, mounted this onto purple satin mirri card, then onto white hammer card, cut out the decoupage and mounted this onto the card using silicon glue, then added silver lines peel offs to the edge of the scalopped edge, added silver wording peel offs.
