After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements, I mounted layer two onto the main piece with foam tape.

Layer 3 I used a combination of both DST and foam tape to keep it at the same height as the previous layer.

I then wrapped around the vest piece - punched out the centre of the circles with a single punch and went around the remaining white with Onyx Liquid Pearls to make it look like an eyelet (on each hole).

After that dried, I laced up the front with a silver and black ribbon and tied a bow with the remaining ribbon.

I then adhered the whole lot onto a black pearlescent card base, added the silver peel-off corners and "Happy Birthday" sentiment.
