Pink Rose and Magnolia Shoe Card TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with glitter stickles to butterflies, fan and rose, and gold tassle to top corner.

A beautiful card.
