I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a white card front. I used white liquid pearls on dress for flower centres, I used diamond stickles to accent the roses and I used gold liquid pearls on the scroll work.
Lastly I used a tg included with the sheet
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
