Blue and Pink Vintage Ladies Fashion Scalloped TopperCompleted by Belling Designs

I printed the design on Crafty Bob's A4 Premium Gloss Craft Photo Paper, cut out the design pieces.

I stuck the larger design piece on A4 orange card 220gsm, then cut around the design pattern leaving enough orange card at the top to open as a card. then I stuck the rest of the pieces on top of each other for decoupage with foam pads.

I added gold peel-off sentiment, 2 orange flower gems either side of the card, added a bow I made out of dark blue satin ribbon with a foam pad, then added small orange heart gems, 1 on the centre of the bow, the rest on the front of the bodice on the design to finish the look.

Easy to cut out and enjoyable to make.
