I added backing paper to an A5 card blank, then decoupaged elements of the sheet on to the front. I created the appearance of water by tearing blue vellum and adhering it to the bottom of the card. Rub-on sentiments were used for the caption.
A busy card, but I hoped to convey a sense of chaos - with the plumber to the rescue!
