Graduation ToppersCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I made this file a little smaller and printed out two copies. I chose some graduation paper for the background and stuck that on to card stock. I cut out the two squares and the congratulations from the file and stuck those on to the card.

From the second copy I cut out the motarboard and made a tassel from embroidery silk and threaded that through the mortarbaord and hung it down over the tassel on the cut out, leaving the end loose.
