Sweet Girls, Toppers with Turq RosesCompleted by Fran Turner

I printed the sheet on to satin finish photo paper and cut out the pieces. I layered on to turquoise mirri card and then on to a cream card with dst. I added the flowers with foam pads. I added a turquoise satin bow to her waist.

I have left greeting/sentiment off until I decide on occasion. Very pretty.
