Printed out onto white card and cut out the topper with the dark pink shoe. Cut a piece of backing sheet from 192444_442 to fit the front of the card and attached with d/s tape.

I then attached then topper using foam pads.

I added silver corners and silve peeloff sentiment. To finish off I added some stickles glitter to the handbag trim and rose on the shoe.
