Deep in Thought Flower Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Paper Photo. I cut out all the elements and using DST to attach Topper to a white card. Used foam pads to add Decoupage, I used Glitter on the Bow and flowers.

I stuck a Blue Bow to Top corner and used a crystal gem in the middle of Bows. A pretty Design.
