Cute Spring BabyCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto gold holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card base i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond & Star Dust Stickles & gems to add some sparkle.
